House Party - Okay, so it's not a class. It is, however, a great way to meet your fellow dancers this weekend. We promise a good house, DJ, and a fine time for all.

Move to the Music - A joint movement class co-taught by all our instructors.

5,6,7,8 Fast Blues - If you leave the floor when the tempos get faster, well, this class is for you. Just 'cause the music is swingin. Doesn't mean you can't keep bluesin'.

Slow Dancing to the Xtreme - Dancing at the medium tempos is easy, dancing at the extremes is hard. Everyone recognizes the skill and endurance it takes to dance fast but dancing slow is often thought to be easy, simple, what you do when you can't dance fast. This class will focus on tempos and movements that will test your balance, rely on a killer sense of rhythm, and all the while staying under 100 bpm.

Move Bitches... - Trust us when we say that Blues Dancing isn.t just about dancing in the same 2 inch by 2 inch square. Tina and Don will get you movin. across the floor with style and grace.

Bluesify! - Find out what in the hell Harry Potter has to do with Blues Dancing and how you can take moves and movements you may already know from other dances and put a little blues in 'em.

Competition and Performance - The title says it all.

ThunderDome - Two dancers enter. one dancer leaves. It.s time to bring what ya got to the Dome!

Riffin' and Cuttin' - African-American dances are characterized by many things but two of the most important are improvisation and attitude. These come to play in Blues through riffin', the ability to improvise not just on the music but on the steps and movement of your partner, and cuttin' the art of challenge dancing and one ups-manship.

Snack Break - This planned hour-long break is designed to give you an opportunity to review, prepare, and energize during the afternoon. We know that the classes throw a lot of material at you - we'd like you to remember it.
